POSTAGE

Postage starts from just £2, and will be determined by the size/weight/value of the products ordered. Orders under £10 will be posted Second Class. Those that are over £10 will be sent out via Tracked 48.

Returns

Anything bespoke and made to order cannot be returned … UNLESS they are Faulty Items.
We are only human here at HMBHM. Every now and then something slips through the net. For example, we’ve made the wrong size, or a snap falls off in the first use. If there are any issues with your order, please let us know ASAP.

Please bear in mind that as we’re such a small business we can’t accept returns due to the item not fitting correctly. Please measure carefully, take a look at our size guides, and let us know if you have any questions.
